You have every right to hold a company accountable in a court of law if that applies or try to sway votes before the ASM vote. No one is stopping you or anyone else. What pains you is that will get you no where because the vast majority of shares vote with management due to a shared vision for the future of this company. I have said for years that those invested here are along for the ride and in no position to be in the driver’s seat and so it is. Bottom line is you control your own choices and actions and unless you can come up with something interesting legally you won’t have any influence over what management thinks is best for all investors, especially long term. If figuring this out a long time ago is playing the fool then we have different definitions of what being foolish is; ). Best wishes.
