Holding a company to accountability ( personal responsibility as you very nicely put it) , is exactly our right . You are telling public, after a company taking  public money , go eff yourself . 
No we are not going anywhere because after taking billion dollars from public , some people are accountable and responsible . You can't tell us , why we are here . Period . Return that money back in dividends . Take company private . And then your argument has a little bit of relevance . 
But you are still making fool out of yourself .
