The dropouts disappointing but like I said around 68% completed trial versus 76% for Donnenmab and 82% for Lecanumab so drop outs are clearly quite common.
Most dropouts happend in the first 24 weeks and mostly in the 50mg group, the 30mg group had fairly similar drop out rates to placebo group.
ADAS Cog was under 0.025 p value and dose dependant. SDR also under 0.025.
Not stat sig on some of those expoloratoy end points but was on CGI which was stat sig and dose dependant which equally seems fairly new news as the non-stat sig ones.

To mitigate dizziness which may have caused early dropouts the single daily dose was changed to bedtime. Coincidentally though the placebo which I believe was donepezil SOC saw higher dropouts.

Only 313 patients completed p2b/3 which likely means fewer than 300 patients participated in OLE. The option of using OLE as a confirmatory trial is probably not realistic. In addition, OLE didn’t change the titrition protocol. We might be lucky to get half of the original 500 patients completing the OLE. Not ideal. Perhaps this is where

Your post is the most clear points that I can easily understand. The dropouts as 12x pointed out I considered with the thought that OLE information should clear that up somewhat.

No one here knows MORE than the 2 individuals responsible for having this PR unless Missling has lied. Dr. Jin for STATS and Dr. Sabbagh as an expert in dealing with much of the potential promise, more so than any person on this message board.

I'll be damned if I would have allowed this printed PR go out, I would quit on the spot if I thought the information would be laughed at !!! It amounts to ethics and reputation.

I appreciate all comments pointing out the negatives, but lean towards the official presentation of the PR FACTS and results!
