The dropouts disappointing but like I said around 68% completed trial versus 76% for Donnenmab and 82% for Lecanumab so drop outs are clearly quite common. Most dropouts happend in the first 24 weeks and mostly in the 50mg group, the 30mg group had fairly similar drop out rates to placebo group. ADAS Cog was under 0.025 p value and dose dependant. SDR also under 0.025. Not stat sig on some of those expoloratoy end points but was on CGI which was stat sig and dose dependant which equally seems fairly new news as the non-stat sig ones.
