Not impossible that removing built up amyloid plaque together with administering A2-73 might be more effective than either treatment alone.

A confirmatory trial is relevant only if AVXL goes for AA. If AA happens, then -- a new confirmatory trial can be run. So, OLE is not very relevant -- beyond perhaps some "corroboration" of data.

That is OK - the trials need to be large enough to show stat sig and that is what we are seeing. We are also seeing no SAEs - which is pretty huge.
