Prior art follows when new patents are filed for changes. Bad argument for you.

Ex - That's a real bogus line of thinking. We're not talking about knocking off a pharma grade Omega-3 pill. Your statement lacks the necessary sophistication and understanding of what's involved with launching a time tested complex immunotherapy formulation. You make it sound like Martha Stewart's cooking show. As if lab to clinic projects move swiftly in this field. Please.

Fudster-extraordinaire's topic of the day is 'Expiration of patents and its consequences.' He wants to make-believe that lawyer LP is sitting there twiddling her thumbs.

exwannabe,

The issue is that any other ATL DC would need to prove itself safe and effective for the indication being applied for. Safe is one thing, effective due to proper cell activation/maturation is quite another. There is a reason why L works better and it’s in the way it is made. NWBO is not giving away the exact recipe in its patents so others will not be able to compete once L is approved for other indications. That is the main reason why they are not pursuing their own version. NWBO is too far ahead and their work would end up being wasted time and money; ). Best wishes.

I can't believe what you posted here, Ex. You have ceaselessly said for years that this vaccine failed and now you floated the idea about copying? Do you think LP would keep quiet?
