ATL-DC type products have been used in trials for over 2 decades. There are plenty who know how to manufacture this. There is even one approved in India.
The idea this tech is something novel is comical. One might hope NWBO found a minor tweek. Or maybe that just had enough perseverance with the GBM trial. But the core tech is well understood and not something that cannot be duplicated.
