Prior art follows when new patents are filed for changes. Bad argument for you.

BS. By your argument Opdivo and Keytruda have no patent cliff as they have fairly recent patents on the SC formuations.

The SC formulations will help protect their market as the biosimlars will not be able to use SC versions. But the non SC version is off patent once the orrginals expire.

There are very limited ways for patents to get extended. They do not include just filing new patents with extra features.
