What you posted makes sense. However, another FS could potentially take months right, just like the first FS that SRNW did?
1. There is a risk of losing a window yet again. Right now markets are relatively stable and other IPOs are getting announced.
2. A merger reveal now would certainly get more people to buy in... it should be possible to get a rotation into a larger shareholder pool whether there is 45m o/s or 225m o/s.
3. I honestly don't think a 5:1 FS is going to pull the price up to $1, unless George also announces that a merger will happen on X date. People have lost belief that George actually has a merging company, and view these continuous share structure changes as delay tactics. I know many of the large holders of SRNW and this is their opinion.
