True, but what does makes sense is lifting the pps to fair value of $0.50-$1 or so. Then followup with a 5:1 FS to drop the pps to a more OTC palatable $0.10-$0.20 level.
Things to consider...
GS can't offer guidance or announce a merger until there's more liquidity in the stock. An announcement today would reek total havoc on the pps. That's not good on the overall, especially if one is looking to attract a merger candidate. SRNW needs to regain its former OS balance from 14m to around 100m. A 5:1 FS would accomplish this well and would allow some here to exit and many more to join in.
A merger candidate would prefer a liquid stock with many shareholders rather than one that was illiquid with few shareholders. All that said, I believe GS's next step will be to gain the approval of a 5:1 FS next. If history repeats itself, we should see the pps rise to at least $1, if not higher depending upon if there's a short squeeze similar to what happened with TSNP.
BTW the sudden jump from $0.17 to $0.38 was a short squeeze. Shorts were caught off guard and have doubled down in the last two weeks by selling into nearly every buy. We could see the next range hit around $0.60-$0.70 sooner than later.
FYI: As a friendly suggestion... Whatever you do DON'T sell. Just keep buying or hold on to what you have.
