I'm not defending Sharp at all, but I'll say he definitely knows of the loopholes in the systems. However, he's definitely made a lot of mistakes along the way with "trifecta".

I'm wondering why you don't think there will be an asset coming here.

100s of entities must be lining up knowing that insiders will make money on the way up and insiders will make money on the way down (HMBL for example).

What's there not to like about playing this the right way?

I only invest in Exchange Traded stocks that pay Dividends. Why would I give investment advice on OTC stocks as 99% are scams.

Why don't you post your DD to prove what I have posted isn't accurate - that is exactly what I do.

But here is my investment advice - Play the price action and always take profits. You trade OTC stocks you don't invest in them.

The only way to trade penny stocks that use message boards, social media (Twitter - Facebook - Reddit), forward looking press releases, pumping 8-Ks and paid promotions is to just consider them all to be scams and just trade them do not invest in them. You'll lose 99% of the time if you believe the hype.

But the true believers fall in love with the Sharp shells and get married to the stock/Sharp and believe there is virtue in being long - that is a foolish investment strategy. I see posts all of the time someone posting that no one will pry my shares from my hands. No one wants your shares. That is the type of attitude I see from someone who will always will be a loser.

I never tell anyone they should buy or sell because I don't care - I just want the facts posted and it isn't the Bluesky smoke blowing nonsense posted 247 so you can get your pom-poms out.

Thanks. Just one clarification - I didn't mean SRNW stock price. I meant the (speculated) merger target has already gone public and its stock price is falling. I assume SRNW will be a secondary listing for that company, but the SP would match that existing stock price.

The pps is not falling. It's just MM's biting time and making 5-10% by buying around $0.29 and selling at around $0.34. Also, timing is not as great an issue as you seem to think. What will matter is the industry plus the merger choices, ...followed by the MC investors are willing to reward it.

The current $15m MC is undervalued by at least 50% based on current expectations. The pps should be north of $0.50 just to match the pre-forward split valuations. The current weakness is attributed to naked short selling. MM's are expecting to cover with tax loss sellers. If none materialize, then we could see the pps move up to fair value.

First of all who told you that OTC is for trading and not investing. I have been trading for more than 20 yrs and buying in OTC for investment purpose only. I trade with patience. In OTC a person can make lot more money than NASDAQ if he buy smart and does not get influenced by a person like you. Trading is certainly very risky and people are aware of that. It's anyone's guess when GS will release the merger intel. Keep in mind that since it's the first one, he has very little room for error. This one or the first one out has to be a major home run, which is a tall order even under normal circumstances. He has control of some of the variables, but not all, hence, the delay to seek improved alignments.
