AND THE REALITY is the TA is GAGGED!! And the data I originally posted on July 31st could be from July 1, 2023 changes to the share structure.


ALL that is REALLY KNOWN (because some mental midgets with influence, aren't FORCING the issue upon the "ceo" of this "FAN-POWNED" entity, like I've been suggesting they should) is that on the last day of trading, for the month of July -- that was the share structure, FOR THAT DAY! Period.



NO ONE HERE can claim what you claimed with regard to ANY REMAINING Restricteds!! Because as I have been SAYING: You only have a ~1/30 snapshot of what the restricted shares ACTUALLY are.



Which is why it is VERY ODD, that folks who CLAIM ANY long-term view on this stock, are dismissive or think it even REMOTELY ok that any part of the SHARE STRUCTURE is GAGGED!! For ANY period.



Know ANY fan, who's name isn't Mark B. Newbauer that wants this? And why haven't shareholders FOUGHT for TRANSPARENCY as I long-ago suggested.




There is NO "one piece of good news....", because you're DELUSIONAL & deluding yourself! You don't KNOW JACK!! And that, IS A FACT!! So don't claim it AS SUCH!!

but didn't know the restricted had reduced.

i don't see a 114 filed with sec:

maybe one of mark's family members?
or someone previously associated with PINR or MIKP?
