i knew the OS reduced slightly.
but didn't know the restricted had reduced.

i don't see a 114 filed with sec:

which suggests the restricted shares had non-affiliate status?
maybe one of mark's family members?
or someone previously associated with PINR or MIKP?

regardless, good to have them exit now
before there's tangible production news to trade on.
