I do not know whose was involved, but here are the share changes:
We used to have O/S=2,227,000,000, of which Restricted=150,322,777
Now we have a smaller O/S (despite one person pathetically claiming dilution). Now we have O/S=2,187,642,000 (a decline of 39,358,000).
And we now only have Restricted=54,322,777 (a decline of 96,000,000).
One piece of good news is that there are only 54M shares eligible to come off restriction. Another piece of good news is that it appears 39M shares were cancelled. The bad news (unless you were a buyer yesterday) is that the market was flooded yesterday with cheap shares. My guess is that it was the owner of the newly-unrestricted shares. Maybe another buying opportunity today and then back up to 0.0008 or 0.0009 on Friday or early next week.
