One of the smartest posts ever in this board. They took a big bet. I actually think they raised a lot more money by doing that deal. However, now they came to the other side of the mountain and they have to hand in their chips. If they close that plant even short term, word will get out. Very smart observation Anvil.

Shrimp? There was never any intention to produce shrimp in quantities.

The only production goal here was to sell shares.

And this they haven’t had any problem doing in the past.

In more recent times people have figured the shrimpscam out and thus they have found it harder to sell their shares.

Hence the two penny price.

After the 1 for 2,500 Reverse Split I would imagine that all 6 of the share printers will be running 24/7.

SHMP had to keep doing things to keep up the charade of success being just around the corner.

We’ll, 12 corners later and no signs of success.

They overpaid for F&T and had to license more “tech” because they weren’t producing what they said they could.

Blame it on SHMP “investors” for failing to vote the board out when it was obvious they were in over their heads.

Exactly that’s when I knew back then they just got the Midwest to perpetuate the shrimp SCAM. Lacoste first then Expand I agree. But NO they never had a commercially viable product proven at Lacoste and now same results in Iowa looks like.

Also why did they build wood platforms at Lacoste AFTER the Fire ?! I remember Uber pointing that out ! That made ZERO sense LOL it’s almost as if they wanted it to burn down again..
