JMO, I don't what management was thinking, they should have focused on LaCoste and got that up and running profitably before expanding. Prove up the concept and demonstrate it can be profitable. Yes maybe the mid-west operation was a attractive asset, but it didn't look like there were a lot of buyers, so maybe it could have waited. Obviously, it was a big news release/share price.
Now, IMO they are going to pay the price. If they were sellling tons of shrimp, I would expect them to be pr'ing it. But they are quiet about production/sales. Not a good sign.
