Yes it is! They are trying to attract the attention of Congressmen, Mayors, GOVERNORS, PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES, and anyone else they can think of.

Now WHY would they do that if all they are is a scam?

Furthermore, IF what they were doing is nothing new, then explain (in detail please, "Mr. Knowledge") to us exactly WHY the "Rivera Process" is producing such a SUPERIOR product (and by-products) and is getting more fuel, pound per pound, out of their process than any other method to date?
