Yes it is! They are trying to attract the attention of Congressmen, Mayors, GOVERNORS, PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES, and anyone else they can think of.

Now WHY would they do that if all they are is a scam?

What do you think those people would do if that was true?

The reason they are trying to attract all this attention is because they have the SOLUTION to this world's energy crisis.
