Hes, A lot of these so-called companies do not comply with the SEC rules for reporting. Thus, the reason for being downgraded. There's been a lot of graft. So, IMO, they get what they deserve.
Seems to me BABL is doing everything right. What I hate is how slow the SEC takes to clear and assign new symbols to bonafide companies. I think we're all hoping that's the case for BABL.

No rollback necessary!! New rules are here to stay!! Only real companies can survive and the rules make sure of it!! Any volume to the existing stocks will do just fine!! That last run was one of a kind!! Hadn't seen it in over 15 years of investing!! That's why I said it was the gubment!! It was your version of a stimulus!! Note the timing!!
