The only way that the OTC will recover is if the SEC completely rolls back the market killing regulation it has implemented in the past couple of years.....which includes this https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2020-212 and the expert market. Over 3k stocks are trapped in that market. Finally, a friendlier environment for reverse mergers.
