Hes, A lot of these so-called companies do not comply with the SEC rules for reporting. Thus, the reason for being downgraded. There's been a lot of graft. So, IMO, they get what they deserve.

Seems to me BABL is doing everything right. What I hate is how slow the SEC takes to clear
and assign new symbols to bonafide companies. I think we're all hoping that's the case for BABL.
