I was'nt talking about the time period of the stimulus....I am talking about many years prior as well. I have been trading for a long time and I have NEVER seen the OTC market in this bad of shape. If you like the SEC regulation overkill.....enjoy this dead market. It will be this way for a very long time. I don't know what else to tell you.

The SEC's new regulations are what has caused the current state of the OTC. So, if the new rules are here to stay, the abysmal state of the OTC is here to stay.
