What was the Comptroller's Objection to Revival?

The Comptroller forfeited the entity on Oct. 3rd 2022. BIEL filed the Form 1 two weeks later, Oct. 17th.

Instead of reviving the entity, the Comptroller objected to the revival. Why?

One explanation would be that BIEL's check with the Form 1 bounced. I'm not saying that's what happened but that is the most logical explanation. If that's not what happened, WHAT HAPPENED?

And It sat like that for five months. Why? If I owned a corporation I would not stand for that. And why were they unable to fix the problem until today, after five months had passed?

Yeah, yeah, "Call The Government," I know, "Call The Bureaucracy," uh huh. Funny how nobody has done this already and can explain what the problem was.

If it's such a simple and innocent answer, put an end to this -- share the answer.

Based on your advice, I "called the government."

The service person said that he can't tell me WHAT the problem with the Comptroller was, but now that the Comptroller's objection has been removed, BIEL will need to file an Article of Reinstatement.

I don't know if I believe this or not but time will tell. If an Article of Reinstatement gets filed, then it absolutely was BIEL's error, not an error by "the government."

Regardless -- I would like an explanation of why this sat for five months and suddenly now is being fixed.

LOL I know I won't GET that explanation. I'm just saying I'd LIKE that explanation.

If only BIEL could somehow tap into the Power and Might of Synergy, IMS Group, or KitoTech! THEY would not let "the government" mess around with their corporate statuses! "The government" trembles at the mere mention of their Glorious names!
