The Comptroller forfeited the entity on Oct. 3rd 2022. BIEL filed the Form 1 two weeks later, Oct. 17th.
Instead of reviving the entity, the Comptroller objected to the revival. Why?
One explanation would be that BIEL's check with the Form 1 bounced. I'm not saying that's what happened but that is the most logical explanation. If that's not what happened, WHAT HAPPENED?
And It sat like that for five months. Why? If I owned a corporation I would not stand for that. And why were they unable to fix the problem until today, after five months had passed?
Yeah, yeah, "Call The Government," I know, "Call The Bureaucracy," uh huh. Funny how nobody has done this already and can explain what the problem was.
If it's such a simple and innocent answer, put an end to this -- share the answer.
