I don't recall how many he made as A/S when he created them. Do you recall that amount ? If the R/S was like he stated for every form of shares then it might have wiped out every O/S allowing him to reissue them again to himself. Funny that nothing was issued to his sidekick makes you wonder. Will have to dig into the above A/S and O/S from when he did his issuing of them to himself for so called protection from a take over that never happened and now he is throwing same B/S reason out again. When you think about it you gotta laugh he can't find a backer for 5 million, but he wants protection from someone buying the company. JMO GLTA
If the shares were reduce that he had by way of the R/S left him with 6.6 shares reissue 10k has 10006 no money value per say but voting rights. That is how I take this maneuver . Same wording used from 2021 Buyer Beware JMO GLTA
