The B/S data in my post last night is prior to the R/S, and I didn't adjust the O/S for post-R/S. That's what I get for posting late at night. So, with the O/S reduction to 6.67 shares and no change to the A/S, then he can issue as many as the 15,000 post-R/S shares. However, it appears to me that 15,000 post-R/S (that's 22.5 million pre-R/S shares) for $10,050 in debt is a far higher exchange of shares for debt than appears to be warranted, especially when compared to the 2021 issuance. I agree that he was probably trying to keep control. Maybe he has made the mistake of mixing pre and post R/S data, ie copy and paste didn't work this time around.
