On Kerrisdale and naked short selling:

Their last two reports after us were on ASTS and PAYC. Here's what happened immediately after:

ASTS saw about 550k shares failed to deliver, on 200 mil shares that's .3%

PAYC saw about 10k shares failed to deliver on 60 mil shares, which is basically nothing.

LWLG saw 3 mil shares failed to deliver after the report. On 110 mil shares that's damn near 3%.

I think you guys are onto something here. If legal action is hot right now as a way to screw short sellers, I hope management is working on it.

Walter, all the more reason for LWLG to take action against the Naked Shorting!!! Let's get several of the largest shareholders to lead the charge and EXPOSE there FRAUDSTERS!!!!

Walter, egidio family, etc, I don't know why you guys are pushing management to pursue "illegal shorting" in lwlg. I know the person probably pushing this doesn't post here but the obsession is becoming ridiculous. If management pursues any of this BS listening to you guys, that would be a giant mistake. Not only is it a waste of time and resources from the company but it doesn't work. Any time a company blames short sellers for short term stock price movements it's a huge red flag. Hopefully Lebby ignores this BS. All the company has to do is execute, hit their goals, and continue moving the company forward.
