On Kerrisdale and naked short selling:

Their last two reports after us were on ASTS and PAYC. Here's what happened immediately after:

ASTS saw about 550k shares failed to deliver, on 200 mil shares that's .3%

PAYC saw about 10k shares failed to deliver on 60 mil shares, which is basically nothing.

LWLG saw 3 mil shares failed to deliver after the report. On 110 mil shares that's damn near 3%.

I think you guys are onto something here. If legal action is hot right now as a way to screw short sellers, I hope management is working on it.
