Eh? You guys should know better than me, he only worked at Pfizer for 3 years in the early 2000s. He worked at Panasonic after Pfizer, and for a much longer 9 years. IMO Daniel was part of an initially well-intentioned group from the broader cannabis industry that aimed to do something cool in the cannabis space, but as is often the case with public startup companies, the financing became the business. Maybe Daniel always intended to screw everyone else over, but I don't think that became the sole intention until after it became publicly traded.

The unethical, yet apparently legal, 3a exemption method of dumping shares before Rule 144's 6months was the cherry on top with this one. I don't think Daniel was the tippy top of the scam though by the end. Did the DD and Fraud board never come up with any other candidates? What about the financiers? Wasn't there some guy named Mr. Panther, and I think his wife? Anyway...

#107721 RE: VerifyandTrust #107718

The sick reality and bigger picture of this one is that all of the unethical share dumping that was done here was fully enabled and sanctioned by a living breathing JUDGE and court system. Why don't the professional scam busters please explain how and why these Judges are never held liable for facilitating such fraud?

No matter what scammy shit Yazbeck desired to pull off, there was supposed to be a functional court system run by a Judge with a brain. That's who was supposed to defend shareholders from unethical and illegal behavior, but that's who gave full approval for the unjustified share dumping. Yazbeck couldn't have done it without the very helpful and understanding Judge.

These traitorous judges just can't be bothered with actually doing any real DD to protect the shareholders that would be affected by such decisions. These Judges who always approve fraudulent exemptions and ridiculous terms for financing should be arrested and put in prison.

Has the DD and Fraud board ever discovered and held accountable a single judge who engages in such criminal activity? Do you all even know who the judge was that kept repeatedly approving the obviously premature and unjustified share dumping for this company? How much did the judge get in their pocket? What can be done to hold these JUDGES accountable?
