Eh? You guys should know better than me, he only worked at Pfizer for 3 years in the early 2000s. He worked at Panasonic after Pfizer, and for a much longer 9 years. IMO Daniel was part of an initially well-intentioned group from the broader cannabis industry that aimed to do something cool in the cannabis space, but as is often the case with public startup companies, the financing became the business. Maybe Daniel always intended to screw everyone else over, but I don't think that became the sole intention until after it became publicly traded.
The unethical, yet apparently legal, 3a exemption method of dumping shares before Rule 144's 6months was the cherry on top with this one. I don't think Daniel was the tippy top of the scam though by the end. Did the DD and Fraud board never come up with any other candidates? What about the financiers? Wasn't there some guy named Mr. Panther, and I think his wife? Anyway...
