There was never any intention of it making to trial...just a show to use in covering up why the money was just funneling out the door, and not funneling back in.

What you are questioning is the enforcement of following the rules AFTER the exemption is exercised...and that requires someone to file a compliant to get the ball rolling.

Eh? You guys should know better than me, he only worked at Pfizer for 3 years in the early 2000s. He worked at Panasonic after Pfizer, and for a much longer 9 years. IMO Daniel was part of an initially well-intentioned group from the broader cannabis industry that aimed to do something cool in the cannabis space, but as is often the case with public startup companies, the financing became the business. Maybe Daniel always intended to screw everyone else over, but I don't think that became the sole intention until after it became publicly traded.

As much as this may have ended up being a scam, most of what you had to say wasn't correct. You just piled on with others here from the DD and Fraud board once the ship started to sink. The only thing those scams had in common with this one was the general concept of "chemical detection". Was there anything else in common?

Technically speaking, an e-nose can absolutely detect terpenes and the mydx device did do that. Did you know they kept submitting several flower profiles to their own system every day for years? The app is still downloadable from the android store, so they may still be doing that. They locked the guest login now though, so you would have to actually log into the app to find out. Realize how many minutes each sample submission takes, and then ask yourself why they would waste their time sitting around doing that. That data was never even presented to shareholders in any real detail at all, and they continued to submit the samples and data into the database even after the trading volume dried up here. They would only do that because there was/is value in that terpene data for some interested party. I don't think the DD and Fraud board will ever dig that deep though because only the smallest scams are worthy of attention.

This was one of the more interesting scams as I don't think it was originally meant to be one. Something changed along the way. They had quite a unique idea put together with all the right patents licensed and even an indiegogo campaign before going public. I still have two devices from that campaign. As an original crowdfunder, I think I got both for $150 total. As a prototype device, it was a great idea and the design executed very well as a first attempt.

If they had not gone the scam route, and developed the other chips, it could have developed into quite the household name for analyzing weed, water, produce, and air quality. The IoT-terpene sniffing-enose that crowd sourced phytochemical profiles of strains and products via NASA JPL patented nanosensors in order to discover and display trends in associated cannabinoid profiles was cracking into data that was previously unknown to everyone. I still believe there was a lot of potential left on the table. Then the shares started getting distributed and sold by Yazbeck through unethical methods and things got weird pretty quickly.

I heard Yazbeck was Lebanese as well, but do you know what religion? I haven't been able to find that yet. That's where I'm making more meaningful connections in DD these days. I sold soon after seeing the strangely timed arrival of "Mr. Cannabis" aka Erai Beckmann from Israel. Those guys coming in was the end of the scam. The exclamation point if you will. Every time since having this stock, when I see an Israeli guy show up out of left field in an already beat up cannabis stock, I just sell and move on. They go to zero every time. Yazbeck's buddy Nick Hadler, the fluent German speaker, seems to have played some role along the way as well. I see Erai of course moved on to crypto now. Yazbeck appears to have sold some other investments for profit, but is still active in the cannabis space as of relatively recently...
