Did you Sue Yazbeck or SCAMydx claiming fraud? Did anyone?
You can blame judges all you want, but when no one is suing claiming there is fraud...there is no case for any judge anywhere to review.
Maybe you should be more careful about who you vote for, since the legislative branches actually make the rules. The judicial branch only interprets and rules on the application.
So, the question about who holds those making the laws accountable...well...that's you, and me...and everyone else who is a legal US citizen. You vote determines who can get into office to make those laws.
Just point the finger at all voters in California. People confirm judge appointments in general elections.
So, if you live in California, and are asking who holds these judges accountable, it is YOU!
But, again, judges just interpret the laws written by the legislative branch, and ensure fillings follow the written letter of the law...which...wait for it....are also elected by YOU!
