25,000 Annual GBM patients X $200,000 per DCVax-L treatment = $5 billion per year

Then, $5 billion per year X 15 times multiple = $75 billion Market Value

Then, $75 billion Market Value / 1.5 billion outstanding shares = $50 per share (estimated value)

Look you're welcome to have this opinion but I vehemently disagree.

First, we are discussing UK approval value. Not post FDA approval value. So your 25,000 annual GBM patients is not even remotely relevant. Second, even with full 'global' approval 25,000 patients is quite a stretch.

Third, $200,000 per treatment is wildly high. But, that is speculation so I can't tell you you're wrong. Just that I wouldn't use that number in any sort of estimate.

Anyhow, as I said, we are talking about values immediately upon UK approval. I'm not advising anyone to sell at $5 just guessing what the market cap will be when that day comes.

Normally I am not one to weigh in on trivial matters, but this is not trivial. Well done on the valuation. Even if back of envelope, the ability to provide some grounded numbers is excellent. Thank you!

Why sell NWBO on the low side

I agree with you and potential for NWBO to be at $15, $20 10 months from now is very realistic indeed, if not more.

Atlnsider, concur that many holders are tired and anxious. You could probably add frustration to that. Some will sell just to break ever or make a small profit, and that's understandable, given the years it's taken to get to this point for DCVax-L, with another unknown period ahead before approval by regulators in the various countries, and yet another period of unknown length before the more promising treatment, DCL-Direct can go through the testing and approval process. Others, if their average cost is a dollar or less may sell enough at $3 or $5 to recover the cost of their investment, and the number left become playing with house money. Not a bad idea. Sound advice. Buffet, Cramer and well-known financial figures others support it, and it does make sense.
Let's face it, this hasn't a good investment for many. Too many other opportunities you could have taken advantage of and still have time to come back to NWBO at a price under $1. Helps if you're stubborn and have a patience beyond what most can muster. For myself, I'm still here for the long run, but have to admit I was originally anticipating a 5 or 10K, not a marathon +.
