I think the point was you can encourage people to sell for pennies now ($3-5) but a lot of investors will be waiting for further validation/value before selling their shares at a much higher share price. Of course, this all assumes you are actually holding shares right now, otherwise these price targets are of no value and you would of course push lower numbers as an outsider looking in.
