EVLI has a lawyer. The same one that they have had for quite awhile.

Anyone wanna guess how I know?

Because, he just submitted a filing with court a few days ago.

So much for spreading that particular falsehood. Just like your other falsehood that Sharp didn't oppose Blankenship's motion to dismiss.

Say hello to Robert Myers for me. LOL!

That is false information. Blankenship doesn't have a lawyer.

I posted the wrong image before. The image I posted before was for the withdrawl of one of Sharp's four lawyers on August 12, 2022 - it seems Sharp doesn't need four lawyers since Blankenship has none. But this docket entry mentions David Liebrader, Esq. who was Blankenship's lawyer for about a month. He filed his motion to withdraw from the case on June 8, 2022 and it was sumbitted on August 9, 2022. That is what you mention he filed but it was to withdraw from the case so your claim, although technically true, is disingenuous:

Blankenship's attorney was also removed from the list of lawyers in the case:

All the lawyers on the list are Sharp lawyers.

So what you said about Blankenship still having a lawyer was false. So much for spreading that particular falsehood. Along with the other falsehood that Sharp never opposed Blankenship's offer to dismiss.

So saying that Sharp no longer is pursuing his court case was false and proven so by court docket entries.

So Sharp not objecting to Blankenship's motion to dismiss was false and proven so by a court docket entry.

So saying that Blankenship currently has a lawyer to defend him in Sharp's custodianship case against EVLI was false and proven so by a court docket entry.

Court documents don't lie (as opposed to all the false drivel that is usually posted here and in the intro). Sharp continues his custodianship court case - it is active and open. Sharp did object to Blankenship's motion to dismiss (which was upheld by the judge last week) and Blankenship currently is broke and without a lawyer representing him in court.

There is a lot of false information being spread here and in the intro.

Sharp is in a position of strength against Blankenship who is broke (he admitted so in court and Sharp tweeted about it) and is without a lawyer. Two of his lawyers left back to back in about a month for non-payment. The judge has already warned Blankenship about not having a lawyer when he showed up to a hearing without a lawyer a few months ago.

This may take some time but I'm convinced Sharp will regain control of EVLI once and for all.
