I am not the one saying that Sharp is no longer pursuing EVLI in court.
Sharp is the one saying it and the lack of any significant filings with the court in months reflect it.
We were told for months that EVLI didn't have counsel when apparently they did as evidenced in the recent motion filed on August 9. The fact that he withdrew as council a couple of days later doesn't change that fact.
Being that Sharp is no longer pursuing EVLI in court, having council resign is irrelevant.
Those are the facts reflect in the intro and stickies.
If someone wants to speculate that Sharp is having secret squirrel meetings with Blankenship that is fine.
I choose not to indulge in such fantasies and only post the facts as we know them through publically verifiable information.
