Jasbg, Forgot to mention that anyone taking Turmeric and/or CoQ-10 should also take it with some black pepper (piperine) and take it with some fat on a full stomach or with your meal. I simply take about a 1/4 teaspoon of pepper and swallow it with water. One other spice I take is ginger. Many of these things likely work synergistically. So I do take it all with the same meal, then again I only eat one meal per day to keep my weight around 165 pounds. (I used to weigh 225 a few years ago.) Intermittent dieting worked for me.

Some of what you suggest is already on the daily intake - like brand multivitamins (2 for plus 50) - added 4000q D vitamins - on your earlier advice.
Living in Denmark Vascepa is just being made available (actually not sure if it will be possible for the doctor to prescribe it yet - but will surely give it a serious effort to examine that.
And I notice you do recommend 0mega3 - beyond Vascepa - and that is what you can read in AZ sites - that some trials show a big difference (41%) less chances of getting the decease having taken a OTC Omega3 product - regularly after age 50.
Tumeric - have not been on the menu - will look for ways to get that (you mentioned it before remember).
