This is like saying, 'lets do a review of this contract to see if it is fair', but only reading page 1 of 10.

This is not just a tenant/landlord arrangement like you want to make it seem. There is also a contract manufacturing arrangement between Advent and NWBO. This will allow NWBO to get roughly 80-100m per year in revenue from this arrangement. I suggest you consider the entirety of the agreement Ex. Have a good one.

As far as your numbers asserting it is a good deal:

. NWBO pays $500K/y to lease the facility.
. NWBO spent $14M to build the GMP facility and surrounding space
. NWBO leases that out to Advent at $150K



- NWBO sells and/or receives revenue from the product that Advent produces while using the facility

You keep leaving off this very critical item.

Okay, maybe I was wrong ex. Apparently EVERYONE (except you) knows that there’s one product that Advent will manufacture at Sawston for the foreseeable future, and that product is DCVax for Northwest Biotherapeutics.

The link you posted simply announced that Advent has a customer for their cold storage service.
