And by the way, the argument that Advent will soon be manufacturing products in that space for their other clients is also ridiculous. EVERYONE (including you) knows that there’s one product that Advent will manufacture at Sawston for the foreseeable future, and that product is DCVax for Northwest Biotherapeutics.

As far as your numbers asserting it is a good deal:

. NWBO pays $500K/y to lease the facility.
. NWBO spent $14M to build the GMP facility and surrounding space
. NWBO leases that out to Advent at $150K
