I blame our government for these 2 problems and of course many more problems

And I certainly don't tarnish his name and who he is by associating Jesus with our corrupt terrible Government in any way

If you mean that Rare Earth minerals were geographically placed by God during his "big bang" formation of the Universe, including relative spec of dust Earth, I can see that point

But I believe the supposed "Free" Western World has plenty of Rare Earth minerals if they would make it a priority to mine them instead of taking the lazy way out and relying on China for these

On the subject of rare earth metals obviously the minerals have to be there or God's will as you adeptly put it. Land mass certainly would increase one's odds. Russia is by far and away the largest country at 6,601,665 sq. miles; sadly you can add the Ukraine too. Knowing Russia for its abysmal economic management I'm sure there's gold in them thar hills yet to be tapped. That’s a really scary thought given Putin’s a 69 year old mad man that’s remaining in power till he's 85.
