that's certainly a possibility, not knowing the details of the co makes it difficult. I would have to think it is not a thriving co, thus the purchase price would be low, and debt would weigh in..
Even taking on debt would make me wonder, unless the Brainwise deal is as lucrative as advertised.
The one thing I have to ask is why would Ms Swati, no longer involved with the co officially, sell her shrs to fund the transaction in your opinion ?
