The perfect plan would be to use the company they are buying to manufacture the Brainwise and have them keep ALL the profits from it and put that towards the purchase price.

It's a win win, nothing out of pocket for Baron and the purchased company keeps the revenue and their employees working.

Just a thought.

why would Ms Swati, no longer involved with the co officially, sell her shrs to fund the transaction in your opinion

It goes back to that Linkedin page. I continue to question how 'uninvolved' she is (again, not based on anything concrete...just a gut feeling)
