I have to question how many long time bag holders you think are still here, and how many shrs they own ?

Don't get me wrong, I continue to see a lot of promise, and think that ultimately there will be some upside here. But it's definitely a challenge to determine when that upside might materialize, and when it's more prudent to cash in your chips and walk away.

For a company this size and with limited complexity, they're likely looking somewhat less than that (their ongoing rate would probably start out in the $25k range, but the initial may be significantly higher).

The penny threshold is really the limiting factor. If they could somehow generate the revenue/validate their projections to support that PPS, the audit fees would become secondary.

An Audit costs somewhere around $100,000, maybe a little less depending. If it's Sohm's desire to uplist to OTCQB, they will have to engage a PCAOB Auditor, pony up the CASH, and it would take something pretty fantastic to get them to a minimum bid of .01 for OTCQB.

An Audit might be necessary before anyone of consequence "partners" with them. So the Audit cost at the very least is a hurdle.

Have you seen where he's been paid the $3M in Cash? We know he has some shares, but no significant Cash payments are noted on the filings. The remaining $4M hinges on sales, which to date Sohm hasn't had any noteworthy ABBIE sales.

Yes, a $2M Licensing payment (hypothetical but knew you would take issue) is no big deal compared to the "Millions" in kits that were previously touted, and "expected" as they were in Negotiations with Large Pharma companies for them, remember? By their own admission, we are many months from any announced Licensing deals.

What if they do get a Licensing deal? What will it be for? $2M Cash. With Milestones. Big deal.

Imo, who wants to pay .0007, for a Company that has maybe $700-800K in sales, plenty of debt, and Fails to deliver.

I suppose there's people that like to tie up money for indefinite periods of time.

Regarding "Substantial and verifiable"...the only thing I would have Trust in is if they Announced a Licensing deal, that also included the name of the Partner, would need to be a known Pharma, and if the Partner was directly quoted in the PR.

...AND the PR would need to have the $$$ size of the Licensing Contract, including the upfront Payment, and payment horizons.

Would Sohm do that...I have my doubts.

Possibly, but it's the 'substantial verifiable' aspect that remains a sticking point (along with the difficulty in getting back to a penny in the first place). We've all seen diminishing returns on news over the years as the Company has repeatedly failed to monetize the various negotiations/agreements/partnerships that they have announced.

IMHO, even if they do get a deal signed and PR the hell out of it (substantial), there won't be a major shift in the market until it shows up in the fins (verifiable). Even then, we're still looking at the reality of a company with 2 billion shares issued and outstanding - those more cautious investors you mention are presumably wise enough to hit the brakes before PPS gets much above .10...this just isn't anywhere near being a billion dollar company.

It was Aguilar that was touting the momentum...but now all momentum is gone, and the "Millions" in Revenues that they spewed about the "KITS" business being Billions, and they were going to have "Millions" of it.

All the science, all the new hires, all the projections, and they ALL bear the blame for grinding this stock into the ground by their failures to deliver. They should change this ticker to SFTD. Sohm Fails To Deliver.
