I do know for a fact that they ARE NOT selling shrs to pay for it, but borrowing money would be my guess...

If I had to guess, and this is based upon absolutely nothing but my own gut feeling, I'd say that either the transaction includes an assumption of debt making the purchase price exceptionally low, or that Swahti is selling shares and the proceeds will be used to fund the transaction.
