Shadolane, if Generic's finished product is what I believe it to be, then inferior hands down. Worse, HARMFUL! It took Amarin 10 years to figure out how to produce and deliver the final product with all the elements in tact. There's no way Generic's could replicate that. I'm certain the corrupt FDA never asked Generic's to prove all elements of their product is the same. Yet another egregious violation permitted by the FDA. There's no way that the FDA did a granular comparison. The FDA has no idea about nuanced purities Vascepa offers.
Very true logically. But the reality is that Generic V is being sold, so if one were to launch a Class Action on the basis of the generics committing consumer fraud by selling an inferior product, the burden of proof would be on the Class Action plaintiffs to establish through competent evidence that the Generic V is a fraudulent inferior product.
