But the reality is that Generic V is being sold, so if one were to launch a Class Action on the basis of the generics committing consumer fraud by selling an inferior product, the burden of proof would be on the Class Action plaintiffs to establish through competent evidence that the Generic V is a fraudulent inferior product.
