It's very odd that the search is for evidence that the generic V is inferior to V. It seems that just the opposite is needed. Evidence that generic V is equal to V. Proof should be required that it is before it allowed to be sold. It seems to me that a case could/should be made that generic V should not be sold absent of such evidence.
