Marjac, I would imagine there are third party labs, such as those someone like Preston Mason has used to perform his research studies. We used to have a fellow poster on this board who knew her fish oil stuff. Don't know if it was her field of study, but she sure knew a lot. She had cited a website that ranked OTC fish oils by oxidation levels. I'll see if I can dig anything up. We shouldn't need Amarin exclusively to perform a comparative analysis.

It's very odd that the search is for evidence that the generic V is inferior to V.

It seems that just the opposite is needed. Evidence that generic V is equal to V.

Proof should be required that it is before it allowed to be sold.

It seems to me that a case could/should be made that generic V should not be sold absent of such evidence.
