That’s just not factual at all and it’s well documented!

1. The Company is involved in a litigation, Asher Enterprises, Inc. v. Digital Brand Media & Marketing Group, Inc. and Linda Perry, Index No. 600717/2014, in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, sitting in the County of Nassau. The Plaintiff alleges $337,500 in damages based on breach of contract allegations arising from the Company’s untimely periodic filings in December 2013. On September 18, 2014, the Court declined to grant the plaintiff’s application for default judgment and Linda Perry was removed as a defendant. The Court awarded judgment in favor of the Plaintiff on July 15, 2015 in the amount of $122,801.87, which does not include $25,000 paid in settlement efforts. On February 22, 2016 a Settlement Agreement was signed by the parties for a total of $85,000 to Asher Enterprises. Thereafter, the litigation continues."

Sooooo....

The "fake" PR is completely CORRECT! The JUDGEMENT was for $122K! To be paid to ASHER! Apparently, Linda had already paid $25K to try to settle, but it wasn't enough, so Asher took it and sued anyways! Linda and Asher then apparently came to an agreement to settle for an ADDITIONAL $85K, for a total settlement of $110K!

Where you are getting this $65K figure is anyone's guess. Probably just a figure snatched out of the air! If it ISN'T, post a link to VERIFIABLE INFO - proving the $65K is correct!

Come on. Don’t DBMM’s actual filings tell the TRUTH (the numbers anyways!)??

The actual facts are that Asher won their court case and Linda was ordered to turn over DBMM to Asher. That is all clearly documented in the court docs.
Linda went crawling over with a check in hand to pay Asher $120,000 to get DBMM back from Asher.
DBMM didn’t corner anyone LMFAO!!! The actual court docs prove what I am stating is true. The judge sided with Asher and awarded them $122,000 or so and since Linda didn’t pay the judge awarded Asher all of DBMM to cover the bill. Once that happened and Asher sent out the legit press release stating all of this Linda crawled on over and paid the bill to keep her little share printing press alive LOL.
The court docs don’t lie. Linda and DBMM lost to Asher in court and then later that decision was affirmed.

Johny, how is it even possible to trade hundreds of millions of shares of $DBMM in the small window of time these shares were traded in before going to the Grey sheets~?

Has to be 3 or 4 times the entire float, maybe more. All of this done while folks continue to hold~? Some of these shares ping ponged back and forth, but how is it possible to gather this number of shares while people still continue to hold~?

I'll tell you..... it isn't possible unless there are massive amounts of synthetics dumped to take this stock down into trip land. Dark pool trading? You bet.
And think about it, how many more synthetics were made before the raging Niagra falls of shares at the end two weeks or so before going to the Grey sheets~?
300 million naked shares shorted~? Not in my estimation. Can't give a figure, but I know it's many many more in my opinion.

So many shareholders from before this went grey held and continued to hold.

What do you think Johny? $DBMM longs~?

I totally think this is possible. Maybe that was why such an assault to get $DBMM revoked or plant the seed of doubt.
