On September 18, 2014, the Court declined to grant the plaintiff’s application for default judgment and Linda Perry was removed as a defendant. The "fake" PR is completely CORRECT! The JUDGEMENT was for $122K! To be paid to ASHER! Apparently, Linda had already paid $25K to try to settle, but it wasn't enough, so Asher took it and sued anyways! Linda and Asher then apparently came to an agreement to settle for an ADDITIONAL $85K, for a total settlement of $110K!
Where you are getting this $65K figure is anyone's guess. Probably just a figure snatched out of the air! If it ISN'T, post a link to VERIFIABLE INFO - proving the $65K is correct!
